The Golden Mosque (Sunehri Masjid) stands amidst Chowk Rang Mahal, situated at the junction of two roads, viz., Kashmiri Bazar and Ban Battan Street. Later Mughal period mosque was built in 1753 A.D. (1163 A.H.) by Nawab Bhikari Khan, a noble living during the governance of Mir Mannu.
